Good questions
How do I view a house?+
Open any apartment, choose a house marked vacant and tap “I want this”. Leave your name and phone number and we will call you to arrange a viewing.
How much do I pay to move in?+
The monthly rent is shown on each house. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is also paid, and it is refunded when you move out and the house is found in good condition. We explain everything on the phone.
How do I pay rent?+
By M-Pesa paybill or bank, to the account on your agreement. Each payment gets a receipt you can open on your phone, and you can pay several months ahead if you wish.
What if a house is full?+
Full apartments are hidden by default. Tick “Also show full apartments” to see them, or call 0702 637 272 and we will tell you when one opens.
How much notice do I give when moving out?+
One month (30 days) written notice. You can send it from your tenant page on your phone.
